AREBOLT introduces the ecosystem and its platforms. This notice covers browsing, display preferences, the account entry notice, website search and contacting us. The portal does not provide sign-in or process orders, payments or business applications.

Page requests

To deliver a page, the hosting infrastructure receives network and request information from your browser, such as an IP address, the requested page or resource, and request headers. Information used to deliver a request is distinct from the fields retained in the access log described below.

Operational logs

The website's dedicated access log records the request time, site domain, request method, response status, response size and processing time. Its format does not include IP addresses, requested paths or query strings, browser identifiers or referring pages.

Error and warning records may contain an IP address, request path or query string, other request context and technical error details. These records are used to maintain website availability, investigate faults and handle abnormal requests.

Cookies and display preferences

The website does not set login, advertising or visitor analytics cookies, or embed advertising trackers or visitor analytics tools. Your selected theme and manual region and language preferences are stored in your browser for up to one year. You can remove them by clearing this website's browser data.

A language specified in the page address takes priority. At the root address, we use your manually selected language, with Global and English as the fallback. Display preferences do not contain account details, search history or chat input.

Regional language selection

You can choose a supported region and language using the header controls. The portal does not query an IP geolocation service or use your IP address to choose a region or language.

Account entry notice

The account entry only opens a local informational notice. It does not connect to the account center, collect account information or passwords, or create a login session.

Website search

Search runs in your browser against the portal's platform and help information. We do not save your search history or send search terms to a server or another platform.

AI panel input

The current Boltelf panel is an interface for exploring AI services. Text entered in the panel stays on the current page and is not sent to a server or an AI provider. Closing the panel clears the input. Please do not enter passwords, payment credentials or other sensitive information.

Information you send by email

If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if provided, and the message, attachments and other information you choose to send. We use this information to answer enquiries, address correction or privacy requests, and conduct related follow-up. Email services transmit and store this correspondence.

Hosting, access and retention

This website's server and its local logs are hosted on Alibaba Cloud infrastructure in Silicon Valley, United States. Requests from other regions are transmitted to that server location. Pages are delivered over HTTPS.

We limit access to operational information and correspondence according to what is needed to maintain the website and handle the relevant enquiry or request. We retain information for the purposes described here and periodically remove information that is no longer needed. Relevant records may be retained longer where needed for security, resolving a dispute or meeting applicable requirements.

Separate platform services

This notice applies to the AREBOLT information website. Other platforms handle visits and service use under their own notices and practices. Review the relevant platform's information before providing personal or business details.
